Permits are ordered when loaded. In case load falls I would't have to charge you for them.

Yes. We can work ahead on permits if you might. But this will be under your consent and knowledge I will charge them even though loads gets cancelled or information is different from permits.

No permit is Refundable and it is Important that you fill up this form accurately to avoid discrepancy on permits and void them. If Void then a new permit must be issued with accurate info and a new charge will be process as well.

Please have your Credit Card handy. Permits are now being paid directly from drivers. No permits will be deducted from pay check. I will get in touch with you when ready for payment.
